Nataraj bij EdanZ!

Sinds kort is Groningen een nieuwe dansplek rijker. Sinds de verhuizing naar het Damsterdiep beschikt EdanZ over een grote danszaal die ons uitnodigt voor een avond Magie op de dansvloer. Geheel in de sfeer van EdanZ doen we dit Natural High, dus zonder alcohol ......maar wel met heerlijke hartopenende Cacao

19.00 CONTACT IMPROVISATION met OTTO

Do you ever feel like dancing with another person on the dance floor? But felt you missed the courage to start to connect, the moves to dance with that person, the option to exit again on the right moment? How great would it be to have some tools for dancing in contact with other people?? In this workshop we will cover options how to start sharing a dance with a random person you want to dance with, options for dancing with this person in creative ways, and ways of ending a dance on the moment you want to. An excellent start of your Nataraj dance evening, first connecting to your own body and then to others.

I will guide you with principles from Contact Improvisation. And ofcourse everyone is welcome, no matter your level of dancing, age or courage ;)
